Selling Story and Asset Development
Knorr Rice Cups revolutionized the microwaveable cup food category by introducing a delicious and nutritious solution to ready-to-heat shelves. I supported the development of all assets from product photoshoots to digital campaign content, and I worked cross-functionally to develop a customer-selling story that landed our cups in stores across the country.
Concept Ideation and Product Testing
This innovation launch introduced Asian-inspired flavors to the world of ready-to-heat pasta cups. Through market research and trend analyses, I identified a lineup of flavors that met the growing need for exciting, healthy options in the microwaveable pasta cup category. From there, I worked with our consumer insights team and culinary chefs to ensure each recipe iteration met the needs and expectations of our consumers.

I led a team of 10 students to develop a Gen Z-focused marketing campaign aimed at increasing membership sign-ups and engagement for Amazon Prime Student. Our strategy was backed by extensive market trend research, focus group insights, and survey analyses from 200+ respondents. Our efforts earned us Honorable Mentions in the nationally-recognized American Marketing Association Case competition, competing against 90+ university chapters across the United States.
Marketing Intern for Purpose-Led Brand
With growing consumer awareness of fast fashion's environmental impact, there is a greater demand for products that ensure quality and longevity in the clothes we wear. I proposed a fabric care innovation within Seventh Generation's laundry portfolio to meet this demand while ensuring alignment with Seventh Generation's purpose-led branding. By synthesizing data and analyzing trends, I generated claims that resonated with our target audience and demonstrated the product's viability in a competitive natural landscape.
Public Relations Chair, University of South Florida
Engineers Without Borders at the University of South Florida (EWB-USF) has a mission to deliver potable water and sanitary latrines to communities in Latin America. To ensure the support and visibility of this mission, I fostered an engaged community at the university by managing EWB-USF's social media accounts, including Facebook and Instagram, and developing symbiotic relationships with local community members and student organizations.
Passion Project
After moving to New Jersey in 2022, I decided to embark on a new creative outlet: filming and editing Mukbang videos. In between each delicious meal, I honed my skills in video editing, thumbnail creation, and data analytics. This brief but impactful venture gave me a deep understanding of content creation on YouTube and served as a great excuse to grab takeout on my commute home.
